Demoflow is seeking a Sales Development Representative who has the insatiable hunger for success required to lay the groundwork for this department going forward. This is an opportunity to enter into the world of software sales at an early stage startup that will be growing right alongside you. As a Demoflow SDR, you will prospect, qualify, and generate opportunities to support the overall growth of the business.


Job Description

The SDR role is pivotal to Demoflow’s success and scaling our sales efforts. In this entry level role, we’re offering you the opportunity to leverage your experience while creating a sustainable sales career. You’re setting the stage for what our SDR program will look like going forward, so if you’re up to the challenge, LET’S GO! 

How you’ll do this

  • Actively generate qualified meetings and opportunities within defined business verticals. 
  • Apply social selling tactics to generate new business. 
  • Work closely with our executives and sales team to develop territory and account plans. 
  • Effectively use marketing and sales automation systems including Sales Navigator, Seamless, Outreach, and Intercom. 
  • Record and document all activity in Salesforce (don’t worry, Demoflow has a deep Salesforce integration, but we’re guessing you already knew that). 
  • Have specific daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

What you’ll need

  • A natural drive to succeed that’s been proven in your past
  • The ability to never give up
  • To create solutions, not focus on problems
  • To be comfortable effectively communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Always willing to learn and think outside the box 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points for

  • 1+ years experience at an early stage startup
  • SDR experience in the sales enablement space
