We’re looking to hire our first All-Star sales rep, who’s just as interested in personal growth and achievement as the Demoflow team has been from Day 1. This is not another run-of-the-mill sales job as you will have a direct impact on the success of our company and the work you do today will help build the foundation for a much larger team in the near future.

Job Description

Demoflow just raised a Seed Round, so the wind is at our backs. We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter who’s innovative approach to software sales can transform our momentum into consistent revenue growth. You need to be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about sales enablement and be intimately familiar with the staple tools in the marketplace. This is an entry level sales position where a little experience can go a long way as we’re looking to grow together and learn from one another. You have the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting tech organizations in the world as a sales enablement subject matter expert. 

How you’ll do this

  • Generate meetings through proactive outbound activities across all relevant channels (you tell us what’s relevant). 
  • Manage multiple outbound tactics simultaneously with a rich tech stack of top of the line sales prospecting tools. 
  • Record and document all activity in Salesforce (don’t worry, Demoflow has a deep Salesforce integration, but we’re guessing you already knew that). 
  • Manage your personal and professional networks for opportunities and leads.  
  • Participate in industry knowledge transfer opportunities like podcasts and webinars with our partner network. 
  • Leverage the value-based selling framework. 
  • Maintain high levels of activity across all stages of the sales cycle. 


What you’ll need

  • A natural drive to succeed that’s been proven in your past
  • Closing experience, you’ll own opportunities from womb to tomb (or bigger womb for upsells)
  • To create solutions, not focus on problems
  • To be comfortable effectively communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Always willing to learn and think outside the box 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and execute new sales and qualification strategies
  • Ability to create leads and opportunities from individual prospecting efforts

Bonus points for

  • 1+ years experience at an early stage startup
  • Coming from the sales enablement space
