After working with countless sales organizations and seeing how different platforms are presented to prospects, one thing is clear: The platform demo can be complex with many user log-ins, projects or accounts you might want to access to adequately explain your product to a prospect.
Some platforms are dual sided which have two completely different log-ins. Showing those accounts generally requires manual logging in and logging out.
Other platforms only have specific projects or accounts which have certain functionality configured. You might need to switch these environments halfway through your demo to adequately showcase that feature.
Regardless of your specific use-case, Isolated Users has given AE's the ability to demo complex multi-user workflows with ease.
When you add a new URL into Demoflow, you'll have the ability to create a new "User" session in the top right hand corner. Think of a User session as a completely isolated group of browser tabs. URLs with the same User session are in sync and will be logged into the same accounts/projects.
After creation, you can add the specific URLs into your deck for a demo. Preview the URLs before starting your demo to ensure you're logged into the appropriate accounts.
This is one of Demoflow's secret gems which really helps to open up possibilities for presenting any software. Now you can ensure that prospects grasp the totality of your platform within one seamless product demo.
I'm eager to learn how each and every one of you utilize this component of Demoflow. We think it's one of the most unique parts of the platform.
