Consistent documentation within Salesforce is one of the most time consuming and labor intensive processes tasked to AEs. And it's the most frequently missed item. We'd like to give you some time back in your day and help to keep your sales leaders happy.

Demoflow is working to bring the right CRM fields to your fingertips, at the right times. Making this time consuming documentation effortless and giving you hours back in your day.
Demoflow has a bidirectional integration with Salesforce. This means we can pull information into your demos and push updates and information back.
Go to your Settings within Demoflow and "Link Salesforce".
It'll prompt you to authenticate your Salesforce account.
Now the fun part.
These settings will tell Demoflow how to interact with Salesforce for your entire organization.
Next, you'll want to set your organizations Account and Opportunity Salesforce Fields. These fields will populate for every AE on every demo.
Click & Drag the Account or Opportunity Salesforce fields you'd like for the organization.
As an AE, you'll have the ability to configure and add additional Salesforce fields to every demo, or for one isolated demo. You can do this in the "Integrations" tab.
These fields will populate with current information in Salesforce. It can be found in the Content, and Documentation tabs or during your demos on the Meeting Dashboard.
Any updates will be synced with Salesforce immediately.
