I want to cover some of the basics of Demoflow within this article. Starting and conducting a demo is incredibly easy to get set up. Lets take a look.
After clicking "Start demo" on the Dashboard or "Start new Demo" on the Demos tab, you'll be prompted with the Accounts screen. Select the account you're working on. Demoflow will atomically pull in your specified Account and Opportunity fields. This means you can pull the current "Next steps", close date, deal size, etc and update them in real time. You can find an article on our Salesforce integration here.
Account name and contacts added will populate into your Intro Smart slide. "Prospects" will also be available to assign next steps, and in your follow up email. All “Demo Notes” will remain private on your Meeting Dashboard.
Upon advancing, you’ll be given the option to upload a PDF asset to your demo where you can continue to build out your demo flow. OR if you or your team have already uploaded assets, you can find those in the drop down.
Once you've uploaded your new PDF or selected from a previous asset, you'll be prompted to add any additional assets or browsers that are needed.
You can click and drag URLs into your deck as a slide or "Add new" browser in the top right. If you have any advanced questions, check out these articles
Once your demo is complete and you're ready to get started, click "Next". The "Presentation" tab will prompt you to preview your URLs to ensure your properly logged in.
Toggle the Meeting Dashboard on/off and "Start demo". Demoflow will full screen and start presenting the deck and browsers that you've built out.
Demoflow is introducing an entirely new way to present software and opening up the possibilities for how you can actually present and run a product demo. There are endless possibilities on how you can utilize Demoflow. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, feel free to reach out to us at Support@demoflow.io.
I hope this helps to outline how simple it is to start a demo
