Recapping the meeting that was just had and ensuring consensus in the last moments of a call and following up with an email summary. Demoflow makes this process incredibly simple.
Upon exiting your demo (Cmd + Esc) you'll be sent to the follow-up section of Demoflow. You can review and edit documented questions and next steps here. There are three main actions you might want to take on this screen.
Contacts that you've added to this demo will populate in the email modal. Demoflow will automatically enter your documented Questions and Next Steps into the body of the email.
It will also include a link to the PDF summary of the demo you just conducted. We can even include screenshots of live URLs you've reviewed with your prospects. Wanna learn how? Read this article.
You can further customize your follow up email Subject and Body with whatever information is pertinent.
Oh and Demoflow will do some email tracking and notify you of when an email is opened, and by who. You'll find that on the Follow-up tab of that demo and the Dashboard.
Lastly, if you'd like to review the PDF before sending, click on "Generate PDF Summary". This will send a copy of the PDF to your log-in email.
On the chance there are action items needed in Salesforce which we couldn't cover in the Documentation tab, you can click "Open in Salesforce" in the top lefthand corner.
This will help with quickly accessing the Account needed in your CRM.
