One direction we're taking the platform is helping to optimize slide creation. Slides which are dynamic and automatically populate a deck with CRM information or notes which were taking during the demo.
We've started this journey with two dynamic smart slides: Intro and Summary. They can be toggled on/off when creating a demo.
Account name, contacts and their associated email addresses will populate to this slide. Additionally, the branding you set within Settings (logo and color) will populate to this screen.
We highly encourage everyone to turn this on. All of your documented Questions and Next Steps will populate to this slide. This slide help to ensure you review and set any additional next steps with the last few minutes of your call. All of your documented Next Steps push out to Salesforce as Tasks.
This Meet Summary subconsciously encourages prospects to divulge more about their buying process. You'll always leave with a detailed map of how they buy software. And of course, you can set a specific date and time to follow back up.
