Demos can be labor intensive and a documentation heavy processes. Especially when you're ramping at a new org or are selling a complex/tech heavy product.
We're striving to bring simplicity to this complexity.
Lets take a look.
The Meeting Dashboard can be segmented into two distinct categories.
The first view of the Meeting Dashboard will showcase the Speaker Notes configured for that slide of that deck. Leadership and AEs can input talk tracks, click mapping for live URLs, or even slide specific strategic questions. Check out this article on Speakers Notes.
"Demo Notes" are not prospect facing and does not integrate with Salesforce. This is a place to take "quick and dirty" demo notes. You can reference these after you've exited the demo.
You'll have access to all of the Salesforce fields that you've selected and organized. You can also reference notes that you populated previously and continue to edit and add during your demos.
These notes interact with the main application and will be in view of your prospect. Next Steps and Questions will populate in the Demoflow toolbar and for review on the Summary Slide.
Upon completion of your demo you can exit the demo-mode (Cmd + Esc).
This will bring you to the Documentation Tab where you can review all of your demo notes, and update Salesforce.
Everyone hates taking notes and documenting everything in their CRM. Demoflow is working to bring all the proper fields to your fingertips to save you time and ensure everything is always up to date.
